The
BeBook comes in three varieties: One, Mini, and the new Neo. The Neo was the
world's first Wifi eBook reader with access to eBook stores worldwide. The Neo
is the fastest eBook reader on the market today, and also uses the latest
e-paper technology. The touch screen allows you to use your BeBook Neo for
sketching, annotations and text mark-up; ideal for educational and business
purposes. The Neo has a long battery life, with one three-hour charge lasting
for 7,000 pageturns.
The One and Mini BeBooks are equally impressive and useful devices. One is the original BeBook, and is the only reader on the current market that supports two types of DRM eBooks (Adobe and Mobipocket). The Mini is just as powerful, but smaller with a 5" screen. Great for carrying in your pocket or in a small day pack.
The BeBook devices can be purchased directly at the BeBook Store, selling for $199 - $299, depending on model (prices as of April January 2010).
