Develop positive, loving relationships in your life.
There are two key elements that need to be considered if you want to cultivate a meaningful relationship:
1. Love yourself
Treat yourself the way you want to be treated. Think about the great qualities that you have that you can share with others. Love yourself for who you are inside so that others can love your inner being as well.
2. Focus on what you love about your partner.
Don't focus on what you don't love about your partner. If you find yourself doing that, make a list of the reasons why you love this person and why you want to be with him or her. Repeat this exercise every day.
